Attar is a concentrated perfume oil traditionally made from aromatic ingredients such as flowers, herbs, and spices. It is typically alcohol-free and highly long-lasting.

2. Are your attars alcohol-free?

Yes. All fragrances from Scents of Awadh are concentrated perfume oils without alcohol.

3. What payment methods do you offer?

Currently we offer:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment at delivery through the courier partner

You can pay when the order reaches your doorstep.

4. Why are opened products not returnable?

Our attars are packed in roll-on bottles that directly touch the skin during use. To maintain strict hygiene standards, opened products cannot be accepted for return.

5. What hygiene practices do you follow?

We maintain strict hygiene by:

Using testing strips instead of skin testing
Handling products carefully during packaging
Ensuring clean storage and packaging conditions

6. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

7. How long do attars last on the skin?

Attars usually last 6–12 hours depending on skin type, weather, and application amount.

8. Are your attars suitable for both men and women?

Yes. Many of our fragrances are unisex attars, suitable for both men and women.

9. Do you ship attars across India?

Yes. We currently ship our attars to customers across India.

10. How should I apply attar properly?

For best results, apply a small amount on pulse points such as:

Wrist
Behind the ears
Neck
Inner elbow

A small drop is usually enough.
