At Scents of Awadh, we take product hygiene and customer safety very seriously.

Because our attars are concentrated perfume oils packaged in roll-on bottles that directly touch the skin, we maintain strict hygiene standards. For this reason, our return policy is limited.

Non-Returnable Products

All attar products sold on scentsofawadh.com are non-returnable once opened.

This policy exists to ensure:

  • Product hygiene

  • Customer safety

  • Authentic fragrance quality

Since roll-on applicators come into contact with skin, opened products cannot be accepted back into inventory.

When Returns May Be Accepted

Returns may only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Broken bottle upon delivery

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
