Refund Policy

At Scents of Awadh, we are committed to delivering premium quality attars while maintaining strict hygiene practices.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Broken or leaking bottle upon arrival

Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The fragrance has been tested after delivery

  • Request is made beyond the allowed timeframe

Because our attars are packaged in roll-on bottles that touch the skin, opened products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.


Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit where applicable
